Return and/or Exchange
I know how daunting online shopping for apparel and especially water sports gear can be. If you are anything like me, you may get a little nervous and wonder “What if this doesn’t fit me?” In order to calm those nerves, I’d like to offer you a no-hassle exchange for purchases that don't fit the way you would love them to and a full refund if you're still not happy with your wetsuit. You just need to follow these steps:
-Before you place your order, send me a quick email so I can help you decide which size will be most likely to fit for you and your needs (I'm very good at picking the correct size for people!).
However, if the wetsuit that you purchase is not a good fit, follow these instructions...
-Please email me at hello@TruliWetsuits.com with an explanation. Once you have received a confirmation email from me, I will advise you to ship your Truli Wetsuit to me at my cost via USPS/Canada Post with tracking within North America (other countries will be managed case by case) and I will happily exchange the wetsuit for a different size of your liking depending on availability. I promise to cover the one time shipping fees of your new preferred size!
*In the instance that a delivery was unsuccessful, and the purchased item has been returned to sender, we will refund the transaction/arrange to re-send.

I conducted extensive testing of all of the Truli Wetsuits and confidently stand behind the quality of these products. For your peace of mind, I have established a limited 24-month warranty from date of original purchase in the unlikely case that there is a defect in your purchase.
This wetsuit warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects, such as seam separations or issues with stitching. Other issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Warranty claims should be submitted by the original owner of the new wetsuit to mia@TruliWetsuits.com and include:
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the defect
Once a claim has been submitted, it will be reviewed by Mia at Truli Wetsuits. Once authorized, the (dry!) wetsuit should be shipped at the customer's expense to Truli Wetsuits in Toronto, Canada for final review. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a replacement or repair. Each claim will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Truli Wetsuits reserves the right to deny a claim.
Warranty Does not Include:
- Glideskin material on front/back/trim
- Colour fading
- Natural wear and tear
- Failure to follow the instructions of care and maintenance of your Truli Wetsuit
- Misuse or negligence
- Wetsuits used for non-recreational purposes, such as, but not limited to, water sport instruction or rental
- Purchases made from unauthorized sellers and/or websites
- Wetsuits sold "as is"
Depending on the defect, a replacement, credit, or repair may be offered by Truli Wetsuits once all necessary documentation has been provided by the customer and approved. The replacement of the exact product is dependent upon availability; credit is up to the value of the original product purchased without tax.
Shipping/handling/customs/duties are not included for any shipments involved in a warranty claim.
